Landscaping softwarefor the message that arrives with a photo of the garden.
Most landscaping software sold in Ireland is for after the handshake: the plant schedule, the maintenance rota, the invoice, the crew's hours. inflow is for the weeks before it. The Instagram message about a patio you posted, the WhatsApp about a lawn that has to be down before a communion, the website form about decking and a fence. Every one lands in one inbox, a reply is drafted in your own words, and the quote goes back into the same thread once you have walked the garden.

Morning, sorry to hear that. Flat roofs are our bread and butter. I can call out tomorrow between 9 and 11 to take a look.

Love the patio and the raised beds you posted. Ours is a back garden in Castleknock, all lawn with a broken fence down one side. Could you do something like that before the summer? Photos to follow.
You are hosing down the van after a week of laying slabs. By Tuesday the photos have arrived and the message is three DMs down.

Hi, we need the back garden levelled and a new lawn put in. We have a communion in May. Could you come out and look this week?
You are on your knees on a patio in Malahide with a rubber mallet in your hand. Every other landscaper in north Dublin got a message like it this week.
Wednesday, 21:30Website form
Looking for a price on composite decking and a two metre fence along the side of the house in Naas. Do we need planning permission for the fence?
You are asleep. The form goes to an email folder that gets opened on Friday, and the customer has filled in two other forms since.

Small on purpose
For the landscaper with one van and a trailer, up to a small crew.
Who this is not for
If you run maintenance contracts for estates and offices with a few crews on rotas, and you need scheduling, plant schedules, timesheets and invoicing in one system, that is landscape business software and inflow does not do it. Design drawings, planting plans and planning questions stay with the designer or the council; inflow never answers those for you. It handles the conversation that gets you into the garden, then steps aside.
Who it is built for
You are a landscaper or garden contractor with one van and a trailer, or a small crew, and you answer your own messages. Patios, lawns, fencing, decking, planting, the odd full garden. Enquiries arrive on Instagram and WhatsApp as often as through the website, most of them between February and June, most of them with a photo, and the landscaper who replies first with a day to call out is the one who gets to price it.
Does inflow do garden designs, plant lists or invoicing?
No. Designs, planting plans, maintenance rotas and invoices stay in whatever you use today. inflow handles the enquiry, the reply and the quote, then the job carries on as it always has.
Spring is when I cannot keep up. What does inflow do about that?
It keeps every enquiry in one list with a reply already drafted, so the March messages get answered in March rather than found in May. You still decide who to reply to and what to say.
What does inflow cost?
One monthly price with everything in it, cancel anytime. The number is announced at launch, and the waitlist hears it first.
Do my customers need to download anything?
No. They send the garden photos on Instagram or WhatsApp the way they always have. The change is on your side, in one app.
For the landscaper who prices after walking the garden
