inflow is built by Eflow Solutions, Dún Laoghaire, Ireland. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it, in plain language.
If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, when you joined, and whether our confirmation email went out. If you have an inflow account, we store your email address and the data you create in the product: conversations, contacts, quotes and settings. That data is yours; we use it to run the product for you and for nothing else.
Your data lives with the services that run inflow: our hosting provider (Lovable, on Cloudflare infrastructure), our database (Supabase) and our email provider (Resend, which delivers the emails we send you). We don't sell your data or share it with anyone else.
Joining the waitlist gets you one confirmation email, and after that we only write when there's something worth hearing, like a launch update. Every marketing email we ever send has a way to opt out. Account emails, such as sign-in links, are sent only when you ask for them.
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely, including your waitlist entry. Email liam@eflowsolutions.ie and it will be handled by a person, not a form.
The marketing site sets no tracking cookies. The app stores your session in your own browser so you stay signed in; that's it.
