Thinking about a Jobber alternative? The job is won in the first reply.

Jobber is job management software for a crew: scheduling, quoting, invoicing, online payments and a client hub, with a QuickBooks Online sync underneath. It is priced per user, in US dollars, and its front door is a request form or an online booking. Most Irish enquiries arrive earlier than that, as a WhatsApp at ten at night or an Instagram message under a photo of your work. inflow is a lead inbox. Every message lands in one feed, a reply is drafted in your own words, and the quote goes back into the same thread.

Why people look

Why people go looking for a Jobber alternative

01

The price is per seat, in dollars

Jobber's pricing page shows US dollars whether you open it from Ireland or through its UK address, and there is no euro page. On the day we checked, the Core plan covered one user at $49 a month with no commitment, or $29 a month billed annually. Connect starts at $139 a month for one user and Grow at $199, and every extra person on any plan is $29 a month. A three-person crew on Connect is $197 a month before tax on the no-commitment price, and the exchange rate does the rest.

02

It starts at the request form

The ways in that Jobber advertises are a request form on your website or social profiles, online booking, and a client hub where existing customers ask for more work. A customer who is ready to book is well served. The person who sends three photos of a leaking cylinder on WhatsApp and asks what you would charge has not filled in a form, and that message is where most Irish jobs begin.

03

Messaging is not what it is built for

Jobber's feature pages cover scheduling, quoting, invoicing, payments, the client hub, request forms, online booking and accounting sync. Two-way text messaging is listed on the Grow plan and above, and the pricing page says it is available in the United States, Canada and the UK. They do not advertise WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, a shared message inbox or drafted replies. For most Irish trade businesses, WhatsApp is where the leads are.

What inflow does instead

One inbox

Every channel in the one list, newest first

WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, email and the website form arrive in one feed. The Unanswered tab holds what still needs a reply and the Quoted tab shows who already has a price. One place to look, instead of five apps at the kitchen table.

Built for the van

For owners who answer from the road, not an office.

Who should stick with Jobber

If you run a crew with a calendar to fill, invoices to chase, time to track and QuickBooks Online or Xero to keep straight, Jobber is built for that and inflow is not trying to be. It has scheduling, job forms, quoting and invoicing, online payments, a client hub and a mobile app for the team on site. inflow has none of it. Some businesses would sensibly run both: Jobber for the job once it is booked, inflow for the message that books it.

Who should choose inflow

You answer your own messages, usually from the van or after dinner. Your leads arrive on WhatsApp and Instagram at least as often as through a form. You would rather not pay per seat in dollars for a system built around a calendar, when the thing you are losing is the enquiry that went unanswered until the next day. That is the business inflow is built for.

Quick questions

Before you decide

Is inflow a replacement for Jobber?

Only for the front end. inflow has no scheduling, no job forms, no invoicing and no accounting sync. What it replaces is the gap between the first message and the quote: the enquiries, the replies and the price.

Does inflow charge per user like Jobber?

No. One monthly price with everything in it, cancel anytime. The number is announced at launch, in euro, and everyone on the waitlist hears it first.

Can I run inflow alongside Jobber?

Yes. inflow catches the enquiry and gets the quote out. Once the customer says go, the job carries on in Jobber or whatever you use today.

Does anything send without me seeing it?

No. Every reply and every quote waits for your tap. If you do not send it, it does not go.

If the enquiry is what you are losing, not the invoice

inflow is the lead inbox for Irish trade businesses. First access goes to the waitlist, in order.
