Looking for a Joblogic alternative? The contract is won in the first message.

Joblogic is field service management software built in the UK for maintenance contractors: customer and site management, assets, job costing, quotes and invoices, a mobile engineer app, planned maintenance contracts, gas certificates and compliance, with Sage, Xero and QuickBooks underneath. It is priced per user in sterling, billed annually. It is very good at running a contract once it is signed. Most Irish enquiries start earlier and smaller than that: a WhatsApp about a boiler that will not fire, an Instagram message under a photo of your last install. inflow is a lead inbox. Every message lands in one feed, a reply is drafted in your own words, and the quote goes back into the same thread.

Why people look

Why people go looking for a Joblogic alternative

01

The price is per user, in sterling, for a year

Joblogic's pricing page shows sterling from Ireland and has no euro page. On the day we checked, the Standard plan was from £45 per user a month, billed annually, with the page's own example of a five-user team at £225 a month. Premium and Enterprise are pricing on request, with the numbers given on the call. A user is anyone who logs in: office staff, engineers on the mobile app, managers. For a one-van business the maths is simpler than that, but it is still a year of sterling for a system built around a helpdesk.

02

It starts at the job, not the enquiry

Standard covers customer and site management, asset management, job management and costing, quotes and invoices, the mobile engineer app, a job planner, electronic forms and recurring jobs. Premium adds planned maintenance contracts, purchase orders, route scheduling, engineer tracking, timesheets and audits. The feature list is for the contract and the compliance. The message that asks whether you could look at a boiler this week does not appear in it.

03

WhatsApp is something it wants to replace

Joblogic's pricing page asks what matters most to you right now, and one of the answers on offer is to replace spreadsheets, WhatsApp and paper job sheets. Its pricing, features and home pages do not mention Instagram, Messenger or a shared message inbox. For the Irish owner who answers their own phone, WhatsApp is not the problem. It is where the work comes from, and the reply is what wins it.

Who should stick with Joblogic

If you hold maintenance contracts with sites, assets and planned visits, need gas certificates and compliance records in one system, track engineers on the road and reconcile to Sage or Xero, Joblogic is built for that and inflow is not trying to be. Its PPM contracts, route scheduling, engineer tracking, customer portal and audits are the point. inflow has none of it. A contractor that size might still put inflow on the owner's phone for the enquiries that never reach the helpdesk.

Who should choose inflow

You answer your own messages, from the van or after dinner. Your work arrives on WhatsApp and Instagram at least as often as through a contract, and the job you lose is the one you answered the next day. You would rather not pay per seat in sterling for a year to fix that. That is the business inflow is built for.

Quick questions

Before you decide

Is inflow a replacement for Joblogic?

Only for the front end. inflow has no job planner, no contracts, no compliance records, no invoicing and no accounting sync. What it replaces is the gap between the first message and the quote: the enquiries, the replies and the price.

Does inflow charge per user like Joblogic?

No. One monthly price with everything in it, cancel anytime. The number is announced at launch, in euro, and everyone on the waitlist hears it first.

Can I run inflow alongside Joblogic?

Yes. inflow catches the enquiry and gets the quote out. Once the customer says go, the job carries on in Joblogic or whatever you use today.

Does anything send without me seeing it?

No. Every reply and every quote waits for your tap. If you do not send it, it does not go.

If the enquiry is what goes missing, not the job sheet

inflow is the lead inbox for Irish trade businesses. First access goes to the waitlist, in order.
